CWENA business coaching program helps women to move their entrepreneurial goals forward: clarifying their goals, creating a strategy for completing those goals, and having a support framework in place to lead them achieving those goals.
The program aims at promoting continuous growth and strength, thus, we instil ownership and give women a sense of control and impact. And we help them create sustainable performance at individual and organisational levels. Our approach is group, individualised, goal-driven, business-oriented and measurable.
